As an art educator, I believe in process over perfection. I believe art class, especially at the elementary level, should nurture creativity and curiosity, allowing students to experiment with materials and take risks they might not normally take. I aim to teach in a supportive and inclusive classroom, where students are confident enough to make mistakes.
